experience bug? or another problem?

When I kill a monster or bake food or iron on a brazier, the experience rises. But when I look at minerals (such as coal, diamonds, etc.) my experience doesn't go up. I can hear the sound of the experience, but it doesn't go up.

The current version is 1.12.1. My experience is not increasing, so I feel uncomfortable when I play games. Please help me.
