Massive Screen Rotation Bug

It would appear no matter what version I'm running it be the Beta Version or the Public Version this quite frankly possible seizure inducing bug caused by the screen rotation on my device keeps occurring.

 

My device is specifically a Blackberry Motion and the spec list is as follows:

CPU: 8 Core 64-bit Snapdrsgon 625

Ram: 4 gb

Rom: 32 gb of internal storage
