Microsoft Sign-In

I have tried to link my iOS to my Microsoft account and have been unable to do so. I will be able to type in my username, hit next, enter my password, and hit next. After that, the screen on my device will appear green with a loading icon for about 5 seconds, and then there will be a blank sheet that never changes. The only option at that point is to hit the Cancel button in the top left, but I will still not be signed in. Furthermore, I can only input my username a handful of times when I attempt to sign in before I have to restart the app because the white screen of death will then appear as soon as I try to log in.
