Command block bug

As I understand it, the data in the command block is written incorrectly. In the screenshots, you can see how this error is displayed in minecraft and in the NBT editor.
Installing a new block, changing its parameters does not change anything.

 Also, this error happens only in certain places of my world, I think it is somehow connected with chunks.
