cannot login to minecraft windows 10

Hey there cannot login to minecraft I have tried chrome, explorer, edge, it was working yesterday the console says CORS issue also the network tab fails on fetch login and nothing happens. Super frustrating. Works great on mac or phone only windows pc. cleared cookies, waited hours, deleted browsers redownloaded and same thing tried buying the game again and nothing you cant get past login
