Not responding

Hello. I downloaded minecraft from microsoft store and now i can't get it, its just crashing on mojang screen and disapearing. I tried about 100 times and don't know how but 2 of them was sucsessfully, but then in game i didn't have sound at all. 

I tried video driver update, but it didn't helped.
