Not responding

Hello. I downloaded minecraft from Microsoft store and i can't get in. It's just crashing on mojang screen and disapearing. I meneged to get in for 2 times, but then i didn't have sound at all.

I tried to updeit graphic driver already but it didn't solve problem.
