Significant Lag causes the game to crash

When loading or creating a world. sometimes it take a little long but all the time there is a Significant Lag that almost all the time it causes the game to crash. the same thing during gameplay a Significant Lag that lasts almost 1 minutes causes lag spikes and almost causes the game to crash
