Armor stands on fire die / disappear instead of breaking

The bug

When an armor stand is lit on fire, it makes the player hurt sound, then disappears into a puff of smoke.

Expected behavior

It should break like an armor stand does in every other case

How to reproduce

1. Place an armor stand
2. Use flint and steel to place fire on the armor stand
3. Wait a few seconds

Note
Same bug occurs when /kill is used on them
