Drinking sound is missing

Hi everyonone

i have playing with this bug before 1.12 researching i found that the sound "random.drink" is implemented in the files but aparently it doesnt play when the player use a potion or drink a milk bucket. 

 

Steps to reproduce the bug

 

 

1- get a potion or milk bucket

2- use the item or drink it

3. you will be able to know that the sound doesnt play

 

Steps to hear the sound (only command)

/playsound random.drink PlayerName ~ ~ ~ 1.0 1.0 1.0
