There is no any harmful creature in my game even in hard mode

I was using my world in peace mode at first when I made it normal I wasn't seeing the harmful creatures but for a while ago I made it normal again and creautres didn't come back I can see them only in hell but in normal world I can't see them, when skeleton pass thru the portal it won't even bother to hurt me.
