Chunk is gone

So i was walking filling my lvl 4 map and i saw a huge and a bunch of them close enough to look like ravine.A chunk is broke try to reload my game and i place a block on every side of them it can place. It was not before after i roam but now it appears. Im not using any addons or mods.
