My purchases won’t load

1. I bought the Steven Universe mash-up pack on my phone and it won’t get past the “purchase in progress this won’t take long” part. I’ve waited for up to 20 minutes and no luck. I looked up to see if anyone else had the problem but saw nothing else about it. I’m not getting charged more than once I just can’t get the pack. Btw, I’m not really sure what Affects Version/s means (sorry)
