After purchase, advanced dragon mode cannot be uploaded

i have bought the mode Advanced Dragons. The purchase was ended with success. However, once the uploading has Been started and the popup windows with progress pops up, there is a problem. The pop up window is forever. I have waited 2hrs. I closed the gamę, opened once again..and the result is the same. Purchase with no problem, yet the uploading is forever and modę is not uploaded finally.
