Chest are invisible when placed down. The scrolling section for skin edition for bedrock edition of minecraft gets stuck in the middle while scrolling in the skin section

Chest is invisible in player's hand but it appears in the player's up in hot bar. It is invisible when placed down please fix this glitch before 1.13 is released signed LordShadow12409
