Unable to collect Red and Brown Mushroom Blocks (1.12 / 2019)

Using a Silk Touch tool to harvest large mushroom blocks, specifically the red and brown mushroom tops, will not yield the correct blocks, it rather yields the light mushroom blocks.

I am aware this was a previous glitch that was resolved, but it has reappeared.
