Not supported for S10

Each time I try to open the character creator application within the game as well as my profile and loading of Worlds in general I am receiving an issue where are my phone will immediately crash and return to the home screen. I'm not sure what is causing this but I know that it can be fixed and it doesn't need to be reported.
