When opening Minecraft everything is just really bright in general and can possibly get irritating to players who can't turn brightness down.

When the minecraft application is opened in the beta version of 1.13.0.17 (the version I am testing) when you have the panorama in the background everything is just very bright in general. This could become a problem to players who cannot change the brightness and could cause irritation and unenjoyful playtime.
