Poor performance in ocean and water block biomes

Every time I go exploring the ocean by boat, the game starts to crash a lot and it also happens when I climb the surface of the water to breathe, break a block underwater and swimming animation has bugs. My cell phone processor is octacore 4x 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 + 4x 1.0 GHz Cortex-A5, MediaTek MT6750 Chipset, Mali-T860 MP2 GPU, Android 64 bit. If the claims are not enough to solve the problem, I can send a performance video.
