I got ShadowMute in Featured Server

i got shadowmute in featured server.

↓ action that i did

1.Contact The Hive in Twitter

i received this URL. This article says "Tell Xbox support."

2.So i told xbox support about this issue

→Supporter says "Please report the issue to Mojang. we'll report that to mojang, too."

3.so i checked issues in this forum

→one of task says "please contact xbox suppot"
