Realm crashes a lot

My realm crashes and reverts back to a backup way too often. It seems to do it more often if there are lots of items moving either through water or hoppers also. It is extremely frustrating. To top it off, there is a bug that does not let me download my world, saying I do not have space despite having space, and no option is given to override it.
