Skins not saving

When I sign into Minecraft and attempt to load a world, it says my skin does not support multiplayer. This is weird for a few reasons. One is that I have never selected a skin that does not support multiplayer. The next is that it does it every time almost that I launch the game. And I have to reselect my skin from recent (before it wouldn't even show up in recent.)
