died, game crashed, inventory gone

I was in my survival world that i had spent probably about a month on but i had gotten quite far. i went afk to get some water and when i came back i found that i had died and i tried to respawn but my game crashed. I went back in the game only to find that everything in my inventory was gone. i rage quitted.
