Privacy error refuses to allow me to correct it

it states I cannot join a realm. It states that I need to go to aka.ms/account settings to change my privacy setting. I did. Everything is set to allowed and everyone. Other than my real name and giving up my data. It has never been changed before this for it to have an issue. I tried from my Samsung galaxy 8 my other phone iPhone c and my ho laptop to update and save and log out of my acct and nothing has changed in 24hrs. I can’t play.
