Unknown Lighting Glitch

I’ve had this lighting glitch for the past 3 updates and I don’t know how to fix it or even if there is a fix. Anti-Aliasing is max and the best possible lighting and graphics are on. However, turning all of this stuff to the lowest or highest setting does not effect it. I’m unsure why
