Game looks hacked or coded cannot start up any map.

When I open up the game, the whole interface looks hacked or coded. I cannot read anything. It's hard to make my way around the menu. Also, when I start up any map it backs me out to the home screen. 100% completely not working at all. This is the first problem ive ever had. Until the last update and then everything looks like this. And I wasn't able to play at all. Your help is greatly appreciated thank you.
