Villagers not refreshing their trades ever.

So 2 of my villagers never reset their trades. They have their appropriate work stations, and a bed ( I don't know if bed matters). Whenever it is the work time of day they never go to their stations and even the they just walk around never going to their work stations to refresh their trades.
