Steve repeatedly wiggles his body when charging a bow

When you switch to third person view, and charge the bow, you can see Steve endlessly moving his body.

What I expected to happen was...:
For Steve to just wiggle his body once, like it always does.

What actually happened was...:
The animation of Steve kept looping

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to third person view
2. Charge the bow
3. You will notice Steve repeatedly moving his body
