No Enchantment Effects (Resources)

While I was playing I noticed all my enchanted items did not have the "enchanted" look in my inventory so I thought it was all gone because of a bug but then when I clicked on one of them it said it was enchanted I took a look in my chests with enchanted items and it was also the same (see attached screenshots). Whenever I drop the enchanted Item though, it still glows like it was enchanted it just loses the enchanted effect once its in my inventory or a chest.
