Lead Glitches In Sky

Sorry if this already said. I searched. I'm on bedrock Beta 1.13.0.13-5, and If I lead an animal, the leash shoots up into the sky. If I leash the animal onto a fence the lead goes BEZERK and glitches all across the screen unless i look at it directly. This causes more weird things to happen, and more lag, and it crashes if I let it lag too much. Please fix.
