It’s been 3 months since I could access Minecraft. No world will load

I first raised this issue in June.  Zero response and it remains unresolved despite updating both the app and iOS versions.  As a purchased app and with many in app purchases made, could this please be looked at?  Worlds will not load at all.  I have 3 iPads in my family. One is fine, the other 2 have this issue.  They are all different models.  Very unhappy kids in my household.
