Entering portal A breaks portal B

In me and my friend's realm we have two nether portals currently, lets call them A & B
A's cords are overworld(139,63,106) nether(16,80,12) and was created first

B's cords are (133,63,-9) nether(16,80,-1) and was created Afterword

whenever entering Portal A from the over world, portal B will be put out as if a ghast blew it up; dispite being in a fair amount of shelter.

the overworld portal B and portal A in both dimesions are not affected by this in any way i could attempt.
