Audio not able to output at 352800 Hz+

I was messing with windows audio settings to attempt to fix my lack of audio and found that lowering my sample rate from 384000 Hz to 192000 Hz fixed it.

 

I was outputting through a Fiio K3 amp.

I do not get this audio problem in the Java version of the game.
