Eating crashes my game

Eating will crash my game. Repeatedly I logged on and tried to figure out what was going on. I went back to vanilla after removing my shader pack. Still crashes. Also the nether portal made it crash as well. Hoping this info might help progress the resolve. Thank you. <3
