Nintendo Switch Bedrock version is completely broken and I can't log in

This makes me really mad, I have played this version for a while when my friends come over but now I can do anything with that version because it is so broken if crashes before it even says the mojang logo. There is nothing wrong with my switch and I have played other games just fine with out crashes. I would like this fixed because I have to play on my dad's account because whenever I try to login to my account it just says "software closed because an error occured".

Please fix this really annoying issue.
