Inventory deleted when returning from the end

I was exploring the end for a few hours and I decided to come back. When i went through the portal I skipped the credits and it said the using building terrain, but it was there for about 30 minutes. The game crashed and when I logged back onto the realm, my entire inventory and Experience bar was completely cleared.
