Corrupting beta files after newest update/walking when opening UI/ have to reset Steve to open worlds

Since the most recent Xbox One Bedrock update on 9/12/19 our whole game has wigged out. After opening the game it will tell us our skin won't load forever until we open the U I and reset it ourselves. After finally opening the world, if we eat, or join 2nd player local, it will crash the whole game out. We created new worlds to try to see if it was one file, deleted and redownloaded the game, restarted the consume. Same problem. When we could play, right after the update, when opening UI for crafting tables, chests, furnaces, etc. our character would continue walking away from the table until it closed the UI from being too far.
