Crash when eating last piece of food

When say you have 2 pieces of food and you eat it, the first piece you consume will be perfectly ok, then when you eat the second piece of food right after you eat it, it crashes.

 

Also Question how do you get the crash report on mobile? This is so I can attach the report to help you.
