It says my server is corrupted, I don't understand why either.. Can and will this get fixed?

I decided to go on my minecraft world with my friend, then all of a sudden my server got corrupted?? I don't understand the mechanics as to why it's corrupted, I don't want to give up this minecraft world I spent so much time on making with my friends.
