Floating rail when overriden structure

I am playing survival, but mineshaft have some floating rail and very strange:

Step to reproduce:

1. Locate /locate mineshaft
2. Teleport in /tp @p ~(locate) ~ ~(locate)
3. Break the block is down and search a floating rail

Resuit:

The rail was floating due to overriden structures (mineshaft and cave).
