Walking,running and swimming bugged sound effect

So here's a bug i've encountered day ago.While im running and swimming the sounds cuts off and sounds  weird. Take a look.  Also when i look up every sound  becomes really quiet. Like fighting,npcs,weather..I BEG you for doing something! PLEASE help!
