Finding my Skins

So I'm trying to find the skin packs I have but their not appearing when I try to change skins, they could be their but they'd have to be really far down cause I've been looking for them. Before anyone comments something like "try reloading the page" I did that. If I go into the store their there and I can change skin there, but it's really annoying
