Bug while mining/breaking blocks (Touch and Split Controls)

The problem is that, for example, you are mining something, and then if you move your tool away from the blocks while holding, the tool will be still moving either if there is no block to mine(like breaking air, i mean the mining animation when the hand moves faster, NOT THE PUNCHING ANIMATION). Also when you are mining, while tapping and holding if you change to another block it will stop mining the block, but 2 secs after will mine again, in fact you cant punch the air, thats why the delay while mining.
NOTE: Happens on all devices
UPDATE: I just tested in on split controls and it happens the same with the touch controls.
