Missing texture and skin packs

I saw reports for skin packs missing but I am missing texture packs as well. My game crashed last night and when I reopened it, there was a marketplace update (new content and banner etc.) when I reloaded my world I had the standard skin and had the default texture pack applied to my map (before I was using ZigZag HD texture and I believe the Skyrim skin) now I have no skin packs available at all and I’m missing multiple texture packs
