Chroma Hills HD/"Monsters" skin pack vanished!

The Chroma Hills HD texture pack the skin pack "Monsters something (with the baby ghast skin) have both vanished from the store. I own them both and can not find them.  I was just using both of them earlier today and now they are just completely gone!  Not in my inventory and don't exist in the store!
