Chroma Hills HD bugged/failed textures for players who join realm and auto-install texture pack Windows 10/Xbox One

I set Chroma Hills HD texture pack on my realm.

 

I own this texture pack.

 

When players first join the realm, they auto-install the texture pack via a prompt.  BUT, after installing, they join the realm with no texture pack, and bugged textures instead! 

 

There is no way for them to update the texture pack or get it working!

 I'm including pictures to show how it looks for them.
