I lost all my stuff packs skins all GONE..

I spent well over what i purchased the game for.. I see im not the only one this is happining to, why is this happining???? Can we please get this issue fixed asap so i can go back to enjoying the things i paid for with my hard earned money... btw gamertag is xCHRISxMOBBZx
