All packs that have been purchased from Minecraft Market place shown as not.

I have several Minecraft skin packs and Mash-up packs that I have purchased that are now being shown as not being purchased and the game saying I need to unlock them. And It shows the packs in my game as when I owned them. I had already purchased them.
