All my free market place stuff are locked and can't get them back

Basically I just went home after eating out with family and I come back home and go to Minecraft to play, I thought there were new free packs but all I see is its free and I was confused, I thought I was hacked or something and the I go see my worlds and they were locked and I am pretty sure that happened to most people here
