ALL MY PURCHASES HAVE BEEN DELETED!

I have had both Battle & Beasts Skin Packs since Xbox 360, way before Bedrock! I had also recently bought some skin packs and texture packs. I clicked on the Minecraft Marketplace and the screen glitched. Then I got a pop-up saying my texture pack was removed. I then noticed my skin was Steve. I had the Siamese Cat skin on from the Battle & Beasts 2 Skin Pack (one of the skins I bought.) When I clicked on the Siamese Cat skin, it was locked! In fact, all of my purchases that I ever made were reversed! I lost my minecoins, my skins, my texture packs, my resource packs and even some of the free resource/texture packs that came with the purchase of the game itself! I demand my purchases back, or else give me back my money.
